Supplies -uplifted doll head -sculpey and viscose 1.  Make cone with shelf, bake and paint with white acrylic paint.

2.  Put glue over scalp/cone.  Lay strip of viscose over cone, tuck under back, divde front hair, and wrap to back.  Twist this side hair into snakes (to form loops on head, glue down) and smooth hair with water or hairspray.  Decorate as desired curls, ribbons, etc.
